About me and my therapy practice

My work commences with 1st contact either phone or email, followed by 90min assessment appointment £75.00 and mutual agreement for ongoing sessions (up to 10 sessions) Review of sessions occur regularly to ensure client is finding the process comfortable, helpful and supportive.

Practice description

My practice is focussed on the needs of the client as discussed during the assessment.

For some this maybe CBT, Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, Psychosynthesis, Time Line or Mindfulness

1st Session Assessment 90mins, £75.00 future sessions 1 hour £55.00
