About me and my therapy practice
In my experience, people seek psychotherapy for a variety of reasons ranging from crisis to personal development. The psychotherapeutic relationship is unique, separate from the rest of life, and offers a confidential space to explore and understand your relationship with yourself and others. My practice is anchored by the belief that we are all fundamentally ok and we all have the capacity for change and growth.
I have worked with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, eating disorders (including specialist experience within bariatric surgery service) and major life changes. I also have experience of working with neuro divergent clients and aim to offer a neuro affirming therapeutic space.
After an initial telephone or email contact, we can book a time to meet to explore what you want to gain from therapy and how we might work together. If you decide that I am the right person for you then we can agree on a regular time to meet and that space will be held for you for as long as you need.
