About me and my therapy practice

I am a Brighton and Lewes based counsellor and I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space, where you can talk about what ever is troubling you. I know that it can take courage to take that first step in reaching out for help and I promise that I will do my best to make that first step as easy as possible. Our first session will be free of charge to give you a chance to see if I am the right counsellor for you and for you to ask any questions you may have about counselling.
