About me and my therapy practice
I'm a fully qualified and experienced trauma-informed person-centred counsellor, counselling supervisor and an accredited member of the BACP. I work with individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and also provide counselling supervision.
I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice and I am currently studying towards a PhD.
I work from a therapy centre in Heaton Moor offering telephone and online counselling throughout the week.
I work with clients face to face, online and via telephone.
My counselling experience includes working with organisations such as Bupa, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust, BIMM and AnxietyUK. I work with clients from all backgrounds and with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, sexuality, transgender and many more.
I am a published author on the subject of mental health in the music industry and provides talks, training and workshops on how to manage anxiety and depression both in the music industry and in other industries.

An Online certificate to be completed in a minimum of 3 weeks
20 hours of CPD
Included: 4 one-on-one tutor sessions, all course material, assessed on 3 filmed supervision sessions and 1 written assignment
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Supervisor. Whilst running a successful private practice, I have also worked for NHS IAPT services, Bupa, BIMM, AnxietyUK and provide supervision for organizations such as SARC and Early Break.
I am a published author around the subject of Mental Health and the Music Industry and runs the Heaton Moor Counselling and Therapy Centre. I developed and provide the first and only CPD accredited course in Mental Health Awareness in the Music Industry and work with colleges, universities and charities raising awareness of mental health in music.
