I am an experienced and qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I have been working in human services for over 20 years. 

My therapy training took place at the Minster Centre over 6 years. I graduated in 2009 and obtained; MA Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling, Post Graduate Diploma Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling, Diploma in Integrative Counselling. 

I have many years of experience working with individual adult clients either in open ended or time limited therapy. Alongside working as a psychotherapist in private practice I worked for over 6 years with a national mental health charity. I've also worked as a telephone counsellor undertaking assessments for a national retail charity. 

My therapy approach is empathic, non-judgemental and down-to-earth. I aim to work with you in an empowering and collaborative way. I am interested in what's bringing you to therapy and how I might help you to move forward in your life and heal.

My practice is very close to Willesden Green underground station and is easily accessible by public transport.

I offer a free initial 15-20 minute telephone call to discuss what you would like to work through and whether I may be the right therapist for you. 

After our initial conversation, we may then arrange an initial 50 minute face to face session, this is to find out more about you and for you to get a sense of how I work. If you then feel I am the right therapist for you, we will set up weekly sessions at a mutually agreed time. Fees are £ 70 per session; this includes the initial session.

Reduced rates are sometimes available dependant on circumstances and availability. Fees start at £ 55 per session. Please contact me to discuss further.
