Welcome and I am open for working with new clients. I offer clients a flexible schedule for booking in sessions. I like to make therapy available to all and so I have afternoon, evening and weekend appointments open.
Some clients like office sessions and some prefer a hybrid mixture of both office and Zoom and or phone sessions. Each client is unique and I like to offer a therapy style that suits your needs.
About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I congratulate you on taking this journey of self-discovery. I have a compassionate and down to earth approach to my counselling style which makes you feel at ease in the counselling room. I draw upon Positive Psychology and tap into your strengths. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also Solution Focused Therapy.
I am a holistic counsellor and offer body and mind practices in my work with clients. I enjoy offering mindfulness based practices, body scanning and mapping, and progressive muscle relaxation.
Practice description
I have a humanistic approach and tap into different Psychology frameworks when making unique treatment plans for my clients. My work with my clients is engaging, uplifting and inspiring.
I specialise working with clients living with anxiety and depression. I also work with clients wishing to improve their confidence and how they show up in the world. I like to work with clients in stepping into their best version of themselves. I enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People and Empaths. My therapeutic niche is also working with stress management and burnout prevention. I offer much experience and a spiritual background in my work.
I also offer nature bathing therapy where we walk in nature and have our sessions outside. In addition, I offer an office space where clients can visit me at The Clinic in Borde Hill.

My first session
I offer a free 20 minutes phone consultation to find out more about you and how I can best support you. We will then book you in for a first session that suits your schedule needs.
The first session is getting to know you. We go over the new client intake form together and find out some therapy goals you wish to work on during our work together.

Availability
I offer a wide range of session times to clients. As I know life gets busy, I like to offer flexible times for sessions. I work Monday and Wednesday afternoons in the office in Haywards Heath from 3-6.30pm. I also offer morning sessions during the week for those who prefer a morning appointment. Weekend appointments also available.
Some clients prefer a face to face appointment and some clients prefer to work remotely via Zoom sessions or a phone session. We can also do a hybrid of both in office sessions and remote sessions. It is all up to you which would work best for your personal style.
About me and my therapy practice
I work using a holistic approach when working with clients. I enjoy using the mind and body and spirit approach. Each client is unique and each person comes with a different set of presenting issues. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also Solution Focused Therapy. I enjoy working with clients to step into the best version of themself. We will develop a therapy set of goals that will be our focus that we work towards during our work together.
My therapy style is engaging and collaborative. My warm hearted personality makes people feel at home. My psycho-spiritual approach to my work opens up different portals for us to explore. I bring in Mindfulness based techniques into my work with clients. Also I bring in Progressive muscle relaxation and body scans to hone in on the mind and body connection.
Practice description
As a person centered therapist, I enjoy focusing on what it is the client needs. I will tailor the therapy to what you are desiring to work on. Each person is unique and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy.
Clients can expect me to provide a warm environment where all are welcome. I will be non-judgemental and will listens with an attentive ear. I will hold up a mirror for you so that you can gently see which areas of your life you would like to work on. I will help you to feel seen and heard and also valued.
My first session
In the first session we will get to know each other. We will go over any questions you have. I welcome the opportunity for you to talk through any presenting issues you have. We will come up with some therapy goals to guide us during our therapy work. We will also fill out a small intake form together.
The first session is a good chance to find out more about you and help me learn about what you would like to work on.

Availability
I work at this beautiful Clinic between the hours of 10am-3pm on Friday and Saturday. Upon request I can also do sessions on a Monday.

I work from The Circle Of Health from Thursday afternoon and over the weekend with flexible hours. Also offering a hybrid style of counselling if you prefer some office sessions and some remote sessions. Counselling tailored to fit your needs.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a holistic counsellor and offer integrate a whole person approach when working with clients. My person centered approach to counselling is interactive, collaborative and solution focused. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I enjoy working with clients using this helpful style. CBT is wonderful to address anxiety and depression and helping to learn helpful coping mechanisms. In addition, it examines core beliefs and looks at how our belief systems can sometimes keep us stuck.
I like to offer CBT tools you can add to your toolbox. Practical and useful tools to help manage symptoms and improve your quality of life. I am a very engaging therapist and enjoy working with clients offering weekly assignments and CBT skillset practices. I offer an abundance of practical therapeutic tools to practice in between session. I encourage clients to keep a journal and so we can track the progress and mini assignments in between session and our work together. Keeping a journal is also a wonderful therapy practice and is a nice keepsake for after the therapy journey ends.
