I am welcoming new clients. I work from The Circle Of Health from Thursday afternoon and over the weekend with flexible hours. Also offering a hybrid style of counselling if you prefer some office sessions and some remote sessions. Counselling tailored to fit your needs.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a holistic counsellor and offer integrate a whole person approach when working with clients. My person centered approach to counselling is interactive, collaborative and solution focused. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I enjoy working with clients using this helpful style. CBT is wonderful to address anxiety and depression and helping to learn helpful coping mechanisms. In addition, it examines core beliefs and looks at how our belief systems can sometimes keep us stuck.
I like to offer CBT tools you can add to your toolbox. Practical and useful tools to help manage symptoms and improve your quality of life.
Practice description
My style of therapy is empathic and compassionate. My warm and down to earth personality will put you at ease in the counselling room.
My first session
During the first session we will get to know each other. I welcome any questions you may have. We will also go over a new client intake form together. This helps me to learn more about you. It doesn’t take long to complete. We will also explore therapy goals you wish to work on.

Availability
I work at this beautiful Clinic between the hours of 10am-3pm on Friday and Saturday. Upon request I can also do sessions on a Monday.
About me and my therapy practice
My engaging and down to earth personality allows you to feel comfortable and nurtured in our sessions. My therapy framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also Solution Focused Therapy. This type of therapy allows clients to get results quite quickly. Whether you wish to work on anxiety management or managing depression symptoms, the CBT piece allows you to get to the core of what is going on for you and offers valuable tools to use in between sessions.
I enjoy working with clients to help them feel better/ make better and improve lifestyle choices/ manage stress to prevent burnout/ and help you become the best version of you.

Practice description
My practice is person centred and I believe each client is unique and help find the best tools to work with you on your therapy path. I integrate Positive Psychology tools into our work together.
During our work together we will be working on therapy goals that you have come up with and we will have a direction to our work referring back to these goals/intentions.
My first session

We will then craft some therapy goals so we know the direction our work will take together.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome! I congratulate you on taking this journey of self-discovery. I have a compassionate and down to earth approach to my counselling style which makes you feel at ease in the counselling room. I draw upon Positive Psychology and tap into your strengths. My therapeutic framework is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and also Solution Focused Therapy.
Practice description
I have a humanistic approach and tap into different Psychology frameworks when making unique treatment plans for my clients. My work with my clients is engaging, uplifting and inspiring.
I specialise working with clients living with anxiety and depression. I also work with clients wishing to improve their confidence and how they show up in the world. I enjoy working with Highly Sensitive People and Empaths. I offer much experience and a spiritual background in my work.
I also offer nature bathing therapy where we walk in nature and have our sessions outside. In addition, I offer an office space where clients can visit me at The Clinic in Borde Hill.
