About me and my therapy practice

Counselling and psychotherapy for adults working in London, struggling with adjustment, work, relationships, coping with things, and really wanting to develop themselves psychologically.

Practice description

I am a Registered Psychotherapist MBACP (Accred) with over 10 years experience. I have worked for an NHS hospital and clinic in London for many years. I conduct groups in training colleges on the group experience and I run my Private Psychotherapy practice in North London.

My first session

Contact me for a brief consultation and we can book in a time for a full assessment. If I feel you are better suited to another type of service I will give you recommendations and signpost you to other options.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes, and takes place on the same day and time each week.

It is important that you attend your sessions regularly. You will be charged for sessions you do not attend.

Fees and frequency of payment will be negotiated at your first meeting. You will be invoiced monthly.

Ending of therapy is preferably by agreement. In any event, it is desirable for you to give one month's notice of ending.
