About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor offering counselling to all members of the community.
This style of counselling means that I draw on a diverse range of ideas and techniques that best suits the individual I am working with and together we can create a safe space to explore issues that you would like to look at. Whether you are feeling stuck in cyclical patterns you hope to change, struggling to live with ongoing confused or painful feelings, learning to manage anxiety or just need someone to listen and share in a journey of change, I will work with you to achieve your aims and facilitate a route towards a more fulfilled and productive way of life.
I am a registered and accredited member of the BACP and work within their ethical framework, believing strongly in providing a confidential, trusting and respectful relationship with my clients, doing my best to make a difference and enable change through an empathic and committed professional relationship.

Practice description
I work by listening to whatever you want to focus on in our sessions and can offer various potential perspectives, highlighting your choice in managing what comes up for you, supporting the individual that you are, always embracing your unique self and helping you to find the best way forward you.
I am particularly interested in working with trainee counsellors and therapists and will therefore offer all those who fit this criteria my concession rate of £60.
My first session
Please email your enquiry and we can arrange a brief call to discuss the possibility of starting counselling and to ensure I would be the right person to go ahead with.
