I can offer you a safe and confidential space where we can look together at the things that are difficult for you and explore how you would like life to be. I endeavour to create, a kind, thoughtful environment and accompany you on your journey to greater fulfilment.

I offer online and telephone counselling sessions for clients across the country.

Our first session is a chance to talk through what kind of issues you have been facing and what you hope to gain from therapy. I will ask you more questions than I might in later sessions in order to get a good understanding of where you are in your life and how I might best support you.

I currently offer face to face sessions in central Bath and sessions online.

I can offer you a safe and confidential space where we can look together at the things that are difficult for you and explore how you would like life to be. I endeavour to create, a kind, thoughtful environment and accompany you on your journey to greater fulfilment.

I have face to face sessions available in central Bath. I currently have some online sessions available.

I offer an initial phone call free of charge, this will be brief but will give you a chance to lay out what kind of support you are looking for. You can then decide whether you would like to book a session.

Our first session will be 50 minutes long. It is a chance for us to talk through how you are feeling and the challenges you are currently facing. 

I will ask more questions than I might in a later session so that I can gain a good understanding of where you are in your life and get a feel for how we might work together and whether I am the best counsellor to support you. 

Your comfort is my priority so what we talk about will be led by you and you do not have to discuss anything that you do not wish to. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me about any questions you have about the process and decide if we feel like a good fit.
