Hello and welcome to Counselling for Change & Wellbeing

Sometimes, life can bring us to moments that feel overwhelming and too challenging to face on our own. Counselling can provide the support and guidance needed to navigate these difficult times in a safe and non-judgemental way.

For over two decades I have worked with a wide range of individuals facing various challenges. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or personal growth, I am here to support you. My approach is flexible and tailored to meet your unique needs, ensuring that we address your specific concerns and work towards meaningful change in your life.

I have worked in different settings (Domestic Violence, EAP, Group Co-Facilitation).

From 2009 until 2023 I have worked as a core counsellor and supervisor for the counselling department at the Brunel University London, where I worked with students and staff individually as well as delivered workshop courses on stress.

How I work:

As a person-centred/integrative counsellor, I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of honouring your unique journey. We will work together at a pace that feels right for you, exploring various techniques to enhance your wellbeing and help you achieve your goals.

Depression: Providing a supportive environment to explore feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss, and helping clients find ways to regain a sense of purpose and joy.

Stress: Assisting clients in identifying stressors, developing coping strategies, and achieving a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Anxiety: Helping clients understand the roots of their anxiety, manage symptoms, and build resilience through personalized therapeutic techniques.

Confidence: Supporting clients in building self-esteem and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

Loss: Guiding clients through the grieving process and helping them cope with feelings of loss and bereavement.

Anger Management: Offering strategies to manage and express anger in healthy, constructive ways.

Relationship Issues: Supporting couples and individuals in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening their relationships.

My first session

Free 20min. phone consultation

Sessions for individuals:

Your sessions will last for 50min. during which we will discuss your issue and explore the underlying causes without judgement but with an open mind. This new insight and practical tools will help you to look for new ways of managing problems more effectively. We will work together at a pace that suits you to support an affirmative and holistic process for any positive change to be lasting.

Sessions for couples:

Sessions will last for up to 60min. Couples often find themselves stuck in a lonely or even opposing positions to one another with communication at a low point. If you feel that you and your partner would want to learn new ways of interacting with each other, improving your connections and exploring healthier boundaries, then you might find that working with me offers you the right environment to do this in a safe and balanced way.

Welcome to my profile!

Choosing the right supervisor is a key step in achieving ethically sound support for your clinical practice, so I’ve done my best to provide you with what I hope will help you decide if I’m the right person for you. I am a BACP Accredited & Registered Counsellor and Certified Integrative Supervisor.


How I work

I believe that supervision can offer a safe space for you to explore and reflect on issues that arise from your work as a therapist. Supportive supervision is essential to be working ethically sound and enables you to gain insights regarding your growing edges for the benefit of both, you and your clients.


About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor (BA Hons) and nlp coach with over 15 years of experience in full-time practice.

In my capacity as a core member of the Brunel University Wellbeing department I also supervise trainee and associate counsellors of the counselling team.

As an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I am bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice

I offer a free initial phone consultation of up to 20 minutes. This is offered without any further obligation but can be useful to explore how we can work together in a strong supervisory relationship.
