About me and my therapy practice
As a psychotherapist and counsellor of many years, I can help you develop new, healthier perspectives on your thoughts and gain insight into how these may be impacting your behaviour and life choices.
I have been working as an Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Supervisor for individuals, couples and groups for over twenty years.
I am experienced in helping people with a wide range of issues including stress, depression, relationship struggles, workplace concerns, trauma and PTSD, identity and sexuality.
My therapeutic approach is Integrative drawing primarily on psychodynamic and relational models whereby our relationship is central to the work.
I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP & am UKCP Registered. New practice in Wimbledon, London.

Located 0.5 miles from Wimbledon and South Wimbledon station.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity to discuss the issues that have led you to seek help. It gives us a chance to explore what else may going on in your life that may be contributing to your current malaise. We will also talk about what you hope to gain from counselling and psychotherapy and any goals you may have going forward.

About me and my therapy practice
I completed my clinical supervision training at the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP). I have over two decades of experience in counselling and psychotherapy in the NHS, domestic abuse and intimate partner violence, Rape Crisis, private practice and working with refugees. I have provided telephone counselling at EAP's and other organisations for 20 years.
My supervision training is psychoanalytic and my supervisory experience includes working with practitioners from mixed modalities.
