About me and my therapy practice
I adapt my counselling method to the particular needs and personality of each individual client. Sessions tend to be conversational in style and are a collaborative process, whereby the client and myself develop a clear picture of his/her world, relationships and feelings. Sessions last for 50 minutes. I work weekdays, offering both daytime and evening sessions.Practice description
There are a number of reasons why a client might seek my services. For some, there may has been an issue that dates back many years - something that has been getting in the way of them moving on. Others may feel they are stuck and unsure of how to break the deadlock of a situation. Many people find that therapy enables a deeper understanding of themselves and their life experience. Whilst it doesn't automatically offer all the answers therapy does allow the client the personal space with a non judgmental other - to really explore issues and perhaps meet themselves for the very first time.My first session
The initial sessions are 50 minutes and are charged at the same rate as subsequent sessions.
