My first session
Those seeking counselling are bound to have a number of questions, thoughts and feelings about the process.
To help you decide if counselling is right for you, I offer at least one initial session where we can explore your needs, reasons for seeking help and what you hope to gain from the experience.
During this time, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a better understanding of the work and me, so you can decide if you’re comfortable to continue.
