About me and my therapy practice

I am a psychosexual therapist accredited by the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and a qualified member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC). I am also an EMDR practitioner accredited by EMDR UK & EMDR Europe and use this technique in therapy to assist clients with trauma, and current or future fears and anxiety. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to Level 2.

Practice description

I offer specialised therapy in sex and relationship issues.

I support clients and relationships dealing with issues of sexual desire, compulsive sexual behaviours and fantasies (e.g. porn addiction, sex addiction, and love addiction, maladaptive daydreaming), sexual function (erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation), specific sexual behaviours including kink and fetish.

I am dedicated to helping you explore what is okay for you and develop your version of a happy, positive sense of satisfying relationships and sexual experience.
