I have availability five days a week.

My practice is based in two locations firstly at No 10 Harley St, W1 in Central London and I am also based at the Lodge House in Godalming in Surrey.

Both settings provide confidential settings to enable us to explore in a safe space.

The first session is an assessment so I can determine the best way to support you.    We will work on a treatment plan together so you understand what is needed to help you recover in the quickest time

I have an extensive network of professional highly qualified clinicians and Consultant Psychiatrists who can also be included in the treatment plan if needed while we work together.  That way you can be confident that you will be supported with whatever is needed.

I am an experienced  Integrative Psychotherapist with clinics in both Harley St in Central London and North Hampshire, and see patients both face to face and through video link. I have extensive training both here and in the United States and use various techniques to help with numerous issues including Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Loneliness, Stress and low self esteem.  I also have a Masters in Addiction Psychology and can help with many unhealthy coping strategies associated the stress of modern day living.  In addition I have an extensive referral network to Consultant Psychiatrists and in patient treatment centres if needed. I am also registered with all insurance companies.

My practice is designed to offer maximum safety and security in a calm peaceful setting both in Central London and North Hampshire.  It can also include referrals to both Consultant Psychiatrists and well being specialists to support you further if required.  I specialise in working with treatment resistant depression and can refer for an assessment at the clinic in London to assess for suitability for the latest fast acting treatment using the esketamine nasal spray.  This is done in conjunction with the therapy sessions in order to maximise recovery in the shortest amount of time.

The first session will include a through assessment of the presenting issues and how long they have been present.  It will be useful to know if you have been prescribed medication or have had other treatments.   A brief childhood history will be taken so this can be taken into consideration for impact on presenting issues. It will also be important to understand current relationships and how these impact on you.
