About me and my therapy practice
Approach to Counselling
My approach to counselling is client-centered, focusing on each individual’s unique needs, experiences and goals. Whether through one-to-one sessions or group therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to facilitate meaningful change, always prioritising their emotional well-being. I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment.Experience and Expertise
I bring a wealth of experience to my counselling practice, having worked across various roles, including as a Youth Worker, Behaviour Management Specialist, Substance Misuse Support Worker, and Mental Health Support Worker. My career has also seen me providing care as a Residential Care Worker and Support Coordinator for high-risk behaviours in supported living. These roles have shaped my approach to therapy, which is grounded in empathy, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
If you are looking for personalised support on your journey to emotional well-being, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
