About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced counsellor offering sessions in Bath, Frome and online.
My therapeutic approach integrates the person centred philosophy with solution focused, cognitive and mindfulness approaches.
In practical terms, this means that I work with you to help you to express your feelings, identify difficulties and obstacles in your life and support you in finding ways forward. I offer you a safe and welcoming space to talk; it’s important that you feel at ease. I will hear what may be hard to share with family and friends. I support you as you process painful feelings at a pace that feels right for you and explore possibilities for change when you feel ready.
As we progress I may offer you feedback to help you challenge any patterns of thought and behaviour which you want to explore and address.
