About me and my therapy practice
I offer a person centred and integrative approach to counselling.
I aim to provide you with a safe, caring and confidential space in which you can be heard, understood and start to explore and express difficulties and pain.
I can draw on a variety of different methods and techniques to help you. I aim to tailor counselling to suit you as an individual.
Practice description
Sessions are held in a peaceful and therapeutic counselling room based in Queensbury. There is free parking and a main bus route from/to Bradford and Halifax.
Appointment times are flexible with some evening and weekend availability.
I offer a no obligation telephone call if you would like to ask any questions about myself or counselling.
My first session
It is a time to get to know each other and start to explore what you might need from our work together.
