About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging; we may be faced with unexpected life events throwing us into crisis. We may want to enhance our quality of life and need clarity on how to do so.
I work with you to gain insight into your emotional and psychological world in order to understand the roots of any difficulties. Knowing more deeply about yourself means you are then better able to develop different patterns of behaviour which restore and support your psychological health.
I use various evidence-based approaches and interventions to help you make sense of your situation and provide you with an opportunity to discover a positive way forward.
Practice description
I work with adults and adolescents on a wide range of issues. Currently, the predominant presenting issues are anxiety and depression. As well as private practice, I work for the NHS and in a school setting.
