Available Monday-Fridays - remote (Zoom) or in person (in person sessions are based on availability). 

I am an integrative counsellor and coach working with adolescents, young people and adults. I utilise a variety of therapeutic approaches to cater to my client's needs.

I believe my experience working in the notoriously fast-paced and highly demanding corporate sector for many years, provides me with an empathetic understanding of the struggles and pressures of managing work and home demands. I have experience of working with clients juggling work and life stress, struggles of parenthood, poor health issues, lack of direction and career stagnation.

I also have experience working with many clients to overcome anxiety-related concerns, stress, self-confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, low mood or depression and identity struggles.

I aim to work with you to obtain a deeper understanding of your concerns and your interaction with the world around you and how this may impact your wellbeing.

I have been fortunate to work in diverse settings as a Student and Expatriate Counsellor in Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UK. I believe this offers me a unique understanding of cultural sensitives, being able to respect differences in opinions, values, and attitudes of various cultures.

I aim to work with clients to obtain a deeper and more authentic perspective of themselves and their world. Helping to achieve clarity, purpose and content.
