About me and my therapy practice
I have over 10 years of experience as a humanistic integrative therapist providing one-to-one sessions in Blandford Forum, Dorset. I hold specialist training in working with sexualised trauma and historical abuse, and I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship difficulties and self-harming behaviours. I am also experienced in using creative therapies to explore trauma.
Practice description
My practice is in a quiet holistic health clinic, where you can come to discuss your concerns with no judgement.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute introductory session where we can discuss your goals for therapy and explore the ways that I work and my therapeutic contract. If we decide to work together, we will agree an initial 6 week period with sessions once a week for 50 minutes, and following this we will review if you would like to continue sessions. This is often left open-ended, with reviews every 6 to 8 weeks.
