About me and my therapy practice
£25 per hourly session, I have over 12 years experience working within the NHS and High Level drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre. I set up business from home in September 2015 with a lovely relaxing counselling room. The sectors I have worked closely in have been bereavement, addiction and mental health however I have covered a vast range of other sectors within my work including abuse, loss, stress, childhood difficulties, and much more. Hypnotherapy sessions are available, hypnotherapy can be used for so many things including, weight reduction, anxiety, fears and phobias, birthing, stress reduction, confidence, stopping smoking and so much more. Students on counselling courses - sessions at price as above too. Supervision sessions available at £30 per hour.
Practice description
I am a person centred therapist with experience in CBT, Mindfulness and clinical hypnotherapy. I work with adults, children, couples and families.
Children's sessions start from around 5 years old, however this very much depends on the individual child. Children's sessions are through play therapy.
My first session
Initial assessment - (contract, assessment and short questionnaire, this is beneficial to both client and counsellor, it allows the client to release as well as allowing me to see where the following sessions structure fits, this can and will change with you. Allowing me to see what you are wanting from counselling, possible goals and outcomes)What I can help with

I qualified as a supervisor in May 2021, I have run my private practise since September 2015. Prior to running private practise, I worked at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre. I currently work with adults, children, couples and families.

Supervision sessions are £30 an hour, therefore £45 per 1.5 hours. I set up private practise from home in September 2015 with a lovely relaxing counselling room.
