Leah Murphy

I am currently available to take on new clients alongside my current work and offer a flexible approach for sessions Monday-Friday. I would be as adaptable as possible to find a time that suits you. 

I am a BACP Accredited integrative counsellor with over 20 years experience of working with young people and adults in a variety of settings. I am now working fully remotely and for the past four years have successfully helped many clients from the UK and around the world. 

I have particular skills and experience of working with people of all ages in an educational setting exploring personal growth alongside issues arising due to difficult relationships, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, trauma and past and current abuse. 

The first session is about me getting to know more about you, using a person centred approach and helping you to feel relaxed and at ease in order to start to explore your issues in your own time. Over time in the next few sessions and depending on your issues and the way that you feel most comfortable interacting, I would bring in other approaches and techniques in order to help you.
