About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes the difficulties we face in life can throw us off balance and we lose sight of ourselves and what is right for us. We can be left feeling isolated, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed.
As an integrative therapist with particular emphasis on the humanistic approach, I believe that you are the expert on you. I will listen to you without offering judgement or advice and I will work with your individual thoughts and concerns, keeping you at the centre of your therapy.
Through mutual trust, the therapeutic relationship we build will help you reach your desired outcome and can make a real difference to your life.
For me it is a privilege to be to be let into my client’s lives in this way, and I treat our work together with great respect.

Practice description
I have experience working with a wide range of client issues including but not limited to abuse, depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self confidence.
I am an intergrative therapist which means I use a range of modalities to work with you as an individual. I offer a safe, non- judgemental and empathetic space where we can work collaboratively to reach your desired outcomes.
All sessions are currently online or telephone appointments, as I am not able to offer face to face sessions at this time.
All sessions are chargeable at the full rate as they are full 1 hour sessions. During the first session I will complete my own assessment and if we are both happy to go ahead with further sessions we can agree the outcomes you would like to achieve.
If we agree to continue working together after the initital session, I usually ask that clients commit to 6 further sessions, at which point we can review to see how you are finding our work together. We will discuss how to move forwards together, whether this be to book in for a further 6 sessions, an open ended agreement or work towards ending.
I'm Aviva and Vitality Health recognised.
