About me and my therapy practice
Deciding to get help is 50% of the solution! Then finding the right therapist is the next important step. With the right therapist, you feel understood and safe to explore difficult issues. I am an empathic listener who can help you gain insight into your life. To make changes in your life, relationships, your job, or dealing with multiple issues such as depression and anxiety. I am committed to working with you to meet your unique needs and achieve your goals.
I offer therapy that is based on the belief that all persons have within them resources to live as fully as they can.
Over the years I have specialised in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). This is a powerful therapy designed to help people recover from traumatic events in their lives. EMDR is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Having lived and worked in different countries I am culturally sensitive when assessing how best to support you.
