About me and my therapy practice

I have been a practising counsellor for around 20 years. I am a qualified relationship counsellor, psychosexual therapist and also have specialist training to work with sex addiction.

If you are having relationship problems, maybe due to a recent crisis or a long standing issue, I can help you find a way forward.

Sometimes we can struggle with an issue for so long that it feels like we have a mountain to climb but making that first step will help you find a way forward.

Maybe you are the partner of someone struggling with sex addiction and need someone to talk to confidentially who understands both how you are feeling and also about the addiction? If so, I can help you explore your feelings in a safe and confidential environment.

I offer appointments via Zoom and face to face.

The first session includes finding out about you, what it is that is causing concern and what you hope to achieve by having therapy.
