About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling sad, depressed or anxious?
I believe that we are all deserving of an environment in life in which we do not feel judged, and we feel liberated in being and exploring who we are. Life's events and experiences impact upon us and change us in many ways, and it can be confusing and difficult to know how to navigate our way through these times when we feel stuck, misunderstood or at a loss as to how to move forward.
As a qualified therapist my aim is to navigate through the difficulties alongside you, at your own pace and with focus on what your priorities are. I work in an integrative manner, meaning that I recognise and respect each person for their individuality. No person or situation is the same, and I believe that a bespoke approach using the different models of therapy have the most successful outcome.
I am a warm, approachable and congruent person. The authenticity and trust within a therapeutic relationship is vital in counselling, I am aware that every person moves at different speeds. I offer patience and unconditional positive regard while this relationship is being built.
