About me and my therapy practice
I am in private practice as a counsellor, psychotherapist and Logotherapist. I am also able to use Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as part of our work together.
Over 25 years, I have worked in private hospital and private practice settings years and am open to receiving new referrals in Tunbridge Wells for counselling and psychotherapy and Harley Street London for coaching.
My day to day work is with people who seek help for anxiety, panic, post natal depression, addiction, life decisions, relationships, confidence and self esteem and codependency.
In the past, I have had previous experience as a lecturer in counselling and have been a reviser and reviewer of counselling related exam papers in the past with more than one national exam awarding body.
