I am a Senior Accredited BACP Therapist, and qualified Supervisor. I work in the NHS and in Private Practice. I work with a wide range issues, although have specialisms. I am a fully qualified and experienced Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, and Fertility Counsellor. I work with couples and individuals who would like support with sex, relationships, fertility and beyond. 

My sessions are offered online and last 45 mins. The cost is £80 for individuals and £85 for couples. I am flexible regarding frequency and timings of appointments. This is usually arranged case by case, depending on what is most helpful and appropriate for each person.

My approach is humanistic, and my aim is to work with my clients to get them to where they would like to be. We sometimes set goals, and move through strategically, or take a more gentle approach. I work together with my clients, to make a plan to best support the individual for now and the future.

I currently supervise a number of both student, and qualified therapists. 

My sessions are offered online and length is dependent on the requirement. I prefer to meet supervisees at the same time once a month or by monthly whenever possible.

Concessions are available for student therapists.

My approach is humanistic, and my aim is to work with my supervisees to support them in their client work, and to create a space to explore client issues and the therapeutic relationship. We also look at personal and professional development goals, and aim to work together to realise these.

For new potential supervisees, I offer a 30 min free try out session to see if we are a good match.
