My first session

Before  you decide if you would like to arrange your first session with me, if you have any queries, you are welcome to contact me for a brief discussion or send an email letting me know your needs and I will reply as soon as I am able.

If you decide to go ahead and we can find a mutually available slot; your first session  will offer you the space to explore more fully how I might be helpful to you.  You can then take some time to decide whether working together is what you want.

I offer a consistent, safe, non-judgmental, professional listening space to explore what is affecting you. No subject or area of life is 'taboo' or 'off limits' to explore.
