About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space in Harley Street, London W1 and West Sussex - close to East Grinstead and Forest Row - where you can feel listened to, understood and heard.
For over 20 years, I have worked privately with individuals and couples on many issues including lack of self-esteem and confidence, depression, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, relationship and family conflict, separation and divorce, bereavement, sexual abuse, critical incident debriefing, stress-related work absenteeism and dissatisfaction, and trauma – both personal and work-related, including ex-military personnel.
I have also worked with junior and senior employees, both face-to-face and on the phone, through their company Employee Assistance Programmmes. These companies have included the following sectors: banking, insurance, law, media, transport, consulting, airlines, education, retail, medical, recruitment, charities and councils.
My professional life started in the corporate world of accountancy and finance, management consultancy and public relations. I believe this experience gives me an insight and understanding into the business, work and family lives of my patients.
