About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and CBT Counsellor with training in Transpersonal Psychology and Therapeutic Group Facilitation.

I am a caring and compassionate person by nature. What you get with me is a safe, supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings freely, without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll work to uncover and understand recurring patterns in your life, to create meaningful change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, I can help you gain clarity and regain a sense of control. Through this process, you'll see positive shifts in your relationships, career, and overall well-being.

I believe therapy is a collaborative, supportive journey—a creative space for emotional healing and personal growth. In our work together, we will reconnect with your inner strengths and resources, empowering you to grow and thrive.

Bloomsbury - 29 Museum Street WC1A 1LH

My first session

Reaching out for help can be hard and arranging the first session may be daunting. It is helpful to know what to expect.

Our first meeting is 50 minutes, the same length as regular sessions. It’s a space for you to share what’s troubling you in a confidential and supportive environment. I’ll ask about your background and upbringing to better understand you and the context of your concerns. This session is also an opportunity for us to explore whether therapy feels right for you and whether I’m the best fit to support you. You’re welcome to ask any questions you may have before starting the process.

If we decide to work together, we’ll establish a regular weekly session time. This dedicated timeslot will be reserved for you unless we agree to make changes
