About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and CBT Counsellor with training in Transpersonal Psychology and Therapeutic Group Facilitation.
I believe we all have an innate healing intelligence, but things can get in the way of getting in touch with. I view therapy as a supportive, collaborative, creative process that creates the right environment for that innate healing intelligence to bring about the needed emotional healing. In the therapy process you can rediscover inner resources and strengths to heal past traumas, overcome depression and resolve anxiety.
I work with individuals with open-ended, long-term contract or if preferred and appropriate with a focused, time limited model.
I practise in:
Bloomsbery - 29 Museum Street WC1A 1LH
North London - East Finchley N2 9JB
City of London - 29 Fleet Street London EC4Y 1AA

My first session
Reaching out for help can be hard and arranging the first session may be daunting. It is helpful to know what to expect.
Our first meeting takes 50 minutes, like regular sessions. It will give you the opportunity to talk confidentially about what's troubling you. I will ask you about your background, upbringing to give us a context, and give me a sense of you as a person. It's also an opportunity to find out whether taking therapy is what you need, and if it is, whether I'm the right therapist for you. You can also ask me to answer any question you may have before embarking on the process.
If we decide to work together, we will set a regular weekly session time to meet. That timeslot will be yours until we agree otherwise.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, nurturing space where you can explore and share your emotions freely, without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll work to uncover and understand recurring patterns in your life, with the goal of creating meaningful change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, I can help you gain clarity and regain a sense of control. Through this process, you'll begin to see positive shifts in your relationships, career, and overall well-being.
I believe therapy is a collaborative, supportive journey—a creative space for emotional healing and personal growth. In our work together, we will reconnect with your inner strengths and resources, empowering you to grow and thrive.
Practice description
I work with a tailor-made approach. As your life experience, your struggles and story is unique, your therapy will be also. My theoretical training background is psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural and transpersonal, incorporating elements of dynamic interpersonal therapy, internal family systems therapy, and compassionate enquiry. All of these theoretical frameworks help me to think with you about your difficulties with the ephasis on trusting your innate ability to heal.
