My collective experiences, both personal and professional have made me all too keenly aware that life can be challenging at times, but it is in these challenges that we develop resilience and the ability to overcome.
In my private practice, I work online with UK-based adult individuals who present with a range of issues, for example, low confidence or low self-esteem; relationship issues; family issues; mild to moderate common mental health problems, such as low mood and anxiety; attachment issues; anger issues; ambiguous loss and bereavement; cultural issues; colourism issues; religious issues or the pursuit of personal development.
Sometimes, your concerns may be related to a current problem or because of a build-up of stresses or painful experiences over the years. Drawing on my training in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive behavioural approaches, the aim of counselling is to support you to explore your concerns or difficulties in a way that extends beyond merely understanding them better. Together we can get to the root of your problem and facilitate the journey towards healing, improved emotional and psychological wellbeing and the positive and lasting changes that you desire to see in your life.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you a trainee or recently qualified Integrative Counsellor that works online and face to face? Are you a support staff / safeguarding officer in education? Do you work in the helping profession?Practice description
As a supervisor, I offer online clinical supervision to individuals who are in training or recently qualified in counselling or other helping professions. If you are looking for 1.5 hours of clinical supervision per month, I am currently available.
In my practice, I draw on my experiences of integrating person centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches, together with my advanced training in clinical supervision, to work online with individuals who are embarking on a career in the helping professions.
My role as a supervisor, is to empower my supervisees to work effectively, safely and ethically, whilst facilitating growth of their authentic selves, so that they can develop into the type of practitioners they aspire to be.
