About me and my therapy practice
The approach I offer to clients is based on what they bring, what their issues are, and from my years of experience I offer therapeutic interventions, based on the clients need. Underpinning the way I work stems from a degree in Psychology, Masters in Counselling Children and Young People; Post Graduate Advanced Counselling; OCN accredited Working with Survivors of Abuse and I trained with the Online Institute to enable me to work through the medium of phone or video.
From October 2023 I will be offering a limited number of face to face appointments in Kings Lynn. Price will be £60 per session. Initial consultation will remain online only.

About me and my therapy practice
Training to be a supervisor I undertook a Person Centred Supervision Course and supervision course through the British Psychological Society, this is based on structured and collaborative principles. Having trained in several modalities, including solution focused, CBT, and person centred, I have a wealth of insight to offer potential supervisees.
Practice description
In supervision I provide a safe, empathic and non judgemental space where issues can be discussed and considered openly. The ethical framework is always at the forefront of the work we do together, ensuring that practice is within boundaries as laid out in the framework. I offer supervision for all professions. Having a Masters in counselling children and young people and further qualifications in working with survivors of abuse, supervision for those working in these fields will be enriched.
My first session
As with counselling, I offer an initial consultation with no fee. It is extremely important that the supervisee feels that they will be heard, that I as the supervisor can meet their needs and the client base that they are working with.
