About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative counsellor which means I draw on several different psychological perspectives and tailor my approach to what will work best for your specific individual set of circumstances. There is no one-size-fits-all recipe for emotional well-being and I offer a flexible service to adapt to your needs, collaborating with you at all times. I am registered and accredited by the BACP. In the past have worked with adults and children and previously was employed as a school counsellor in London, although my main focus is now with adults.
Practice description
Of primary importance to me is to provide you with a safe space to explore whatever you are going through. I hope you will find me supportive, empathic and non judgmental. I will work closely with you and at a pace that you are comfortable with and anything we talk about will be discussed in confidence.
