Hello, I'm Anna.
I provide a warm, friendly and supportive counselling service in a safe environment where you can just be you.
I believe that by processing your emotions and worries, this can lead to you gaining personal insights and a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences or situations.
Together we can explore your anxieties, feelings and concerns at your own pace.
I am an experienced person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am experienced in counselling people with a range of issues including:
Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, abuse, childhood trauma, addictions, domestic violence, loneliness, feeling sad, loss and bereavement and low self esteem. I am happy to discuss any other concerns.

Alongside private practice, I have worked for over 15 years with addictions and trauma in counselling services in London and Dorset. I have also worked for a local charity in Poole supporting adults who suffer from the effects of childhood abuse. This includes working with dissociation, post traumatic stress and anxiety.

I am an experienced person-centred counsellor with over 15 years experience and am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I provide a warm, friendly and supportive counselling service in a safe environment where you can just be you.
I will provide you with a confidential and empathic space where we can explore your anxieties, feelings and concerns together at your own pace.
I believe that by processing your emotions and worries, this can lead to you gaining personal insights and a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences or situations.
I am experienced in counselling people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, abuse, childhood trauma, addictions, ADHD, domestic violence, loneliness, relationship break ups and bereavement.
Alongside private practice, I have worked for a number of years with trauma and addictions in counselling services in London and Dorset.
My recent practice also specialises in working with adults with ADHD from 18 years of age upwards.
I have also worked at a local charity in Poole supporting adults who suffer from the effects of childhood abuse. This includes working with dissociation, post traumatic stress and anxiety.
I offer face to face, online and telephone counselling.
