My fee is £90 per session. However, I offer concessions from £80 based on personal circumstances. I'm happy to chat about this on our introductory call.

About me and my therapy practice
Need help with Relationships, Panic, Anxiety, Depression or an Addiction/Dependence?
I can help you understand and manage your Relationship Difficulties, Anxious Thoughts and Feelings, Low Moods, and Dependencies: Alcohol/Substances, Love, Sex, Gambling and other compulsive behaviours.
If you are struggling with difficult emotions or feeling ‘out of control’, talking about your thoughts and feelings can enable you to find better ways of dealing with challenging situations and reduce anxiety levels. Therapy can support your recovery from low self-esteem, anxiety, depression or self-destructive behaviours by helping you to understand underlying issues and developing healthier relationships with yourself and others.

I have worked for over 30 years working in the field of Mental Well Being supporting people with a range of emotional difficulties. I am therefore highly experienced working with problematic, painful and sensitive issues.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapies and Psychodynamic Therapy
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapies which can help you break the upsetting cycles of painful relationships, anxiety, low mood and addictions. Cognitive Behavioural Therapies alongside Psychodynamic Therapy will help you to develop alternative ways of thinking and behaving. This will reduce your emotional distress and help you to address problematic relationships.
Mindfulness
I also integrate the practices of mindfulness which fosters a non-judgemental and compassionate approach towards ourselves and our relationship with others. Mindful awareness is a powerful tool that can help reduce anxiety and the negative emotions that increase stress and trigger unwanted behaviours.
You will learn:
- let go of unwanted thoughts
- be less reactive
- manage stress and anxiety
Practice description
I work closely and in collaboration with my client’s to create bespoke recovery plans which address their individual needs.
Your hopes and fears can be expressed in order to work towards your personal goals.
Working together:
I offer a comfortable therapeutic environment in my private studio. I also offer sessions online.
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Fee £90 individual £120 couple

My first session
If you would like to try without the commitment, I offer the introductory session at a reduced rate. This will allow you to meet with me and see if I may be someone you feel comfortable to work with.
It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and to find out how psychotherapy can help you.
