If you struggle with low self-worth, you may also feel the weight of things like perfectionism, people pleasing, burnout & depression. I help people find their way through to build more confident, compassionate relationships with themselves & others.

"Whatever I do, it never feels enough". "I'm always the strong one". "Saying no feels wrong". I've heard words like these many times over the years as a therapist. My clients are often exhausted and stuck in patterns which leave them feeling lost, down and alone. They're constantly trying to prove themselves or meet others' expectations, leaving little space for their own needs. Together we can work to move beyond these patterns so you can create balance - in work, relationships and life. So you can finally start being true to yourself.

Practice description

I'm calm and empathic and offer you the chance to be fully heard, without judgement. This isn't a passive listening, but an active exploration of your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Here you can safely explore at your own pace.

This can look different from person to person. There's no one-size-fits-all and I will work with you to find a balance, approach and focus which resonates with you.

I also invite you to explore what you're experiencing within your body. This offers a fuller picture than your thoughts and feelings alone, allowing us to work with the whole of you.

As you process your feelings and experiences, you can develop new ways of relating to yourself and the world. These shifts may emerge naturally through our exploration, coming from within you. I can also offer insights or practices to support this process. Through this, you can foster self-compassion, deepen your relationships, and move towards greater well-being, confidence, and personal growth.


For those who want specifics, I work from a person-centred base and integrate other approaches within this, including: experiential and body-based therapies, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
