Couples & Relationship Counselling: Helping couples navigate communication difficulties, trust issues, and conflicts to strengthen their relationships and find balance.

Family Counselling: Supporting families in building stronger connections, resolving conflicts, and improving communication in a warm, professional setting.

Children’s Counselling: Providing therapy for children to help them process emotions, manage anxiety, and cope with behavioural or social challenges, often through therapeutic play.

Teen Counselling (Ages 13-19): Assisting adolescents in navigating the complexities of teenage life, such as identity, peer pressure, academic stress, and mental health concerns.

Neurodiversity Support: Specializing in helping individuals with ADHD, autism, Asperger’s syndrome, and other neurodiverse conditions, offering guidance and strategies for managing everyday challenges and improving quality of life.

Parenting Support Counselling: Offering parents guidance and support in addressing behavioural challenges, communication difficulties, and creating a positive and nurturing family environment.

I also offer sessions for trainee therapists, helping them develop essential skills, manage the pressures of training, and grow in their professional journey.

No matter where you are in life or the challenges you’re facing, I’m here to offer support, tools, and strategies to help you move forward with confidence and strength. Whether online or in person, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood and empowered to make positive changes.

My first session

Before we begin our work together, I like to have a quick phone call to learn more about you and what you'd like to focus on in therapy. This also gives you a chance to ask any questions and see if I’m the right fit for your needs. If you decide to move forward, we'll schedule our first session, where I'll get to know more about your history and goals. You can also ask anything you'd like about the process. There's no pressure to commit after the first session—it's important that you feel comfortable with your therapist to get the most out of your journey.
