About me and my therapy practice
If you are struggling to cope, feeling anxious, depressed or insecure, then consider counselling with me.
I can help you make sense of your feelings and gain a better understanding of yourself, which can bring about a positive change in your life.
Therapy with me gives you the opportunity to gain insight into why you feel the way you do and how you relate to other people. You are invited to think with me in a confidential environment about yourself and your feelings, whilst considering how these feelings may be linked to some of your earlier life experiences. By exploring these underlying feelings you may develop a different understanding as to how past experiences have had an emotional impact on your current life.
This unique therapeutic relationship allows you to feel listened to and understood by someone who cares, but remains neutral and non-judgmental. Your Counselling experience may feel difficult and challenging at times but can also feel rewarding and allow for a shift in your understanding about yourself and in the way you relate to key people.
