About me and my therapy practice

I have over 25 years experience as an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I work with adults and draw upon psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Therapeutic Creative Writing. AVIVA and BUPA Registered. Free 15-30 minute initial telephone consultation. In addition to one to one work, I run groups, workshops and talks on creative writing for therapeutic purposes.

My consulting rooms are in Hove, 2 minutes walk from Hove station, on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. I work in person or via Zoom.

Local on street parking is from £1.90 p/hr. There are 2 car parks within 10 minutes walk: Free for up to 3hrs at Tesco Superstore, on Church Rd, or Norton Rd car park @ £3.30 for 2 hrs. There are good bus services, including no7 bus stop outside the premises.

Practice description

My consulting room is on the first floor with no lift access.
