I'm currently offering in- person sessions in central Lewes, close to Brighton and Hove; and online sessions on Zoom or Skype from anywhere in the UK. Daytime appointments 9am - 6pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer supportive person - centred counselling for adults who are going through a difficult time, for those experiencing loss of any kind. You may be feeling anxious, panic, fear or depressed. If you’re feeling stuck and alone, talking things through can help ease things for you, bringing a huge sense of relief. Together we can find a way forward in your life.
I offer a caring, compassionate & safe place to talk about how you feel, a confidential environment where you can be yourself without the fear of being judged.
Exploring what's going on for you on a deeper level, and understanding yourself more can help you find ways of coping better, having more awareness with improved mood and sense of well-being.
Practice description
In sessions you will be listened to with empathy and acceptance. I will support you to begin to make the changes you want in your life, and begin to feel more comfortable in yourself.
Being fully heard and accepted by another human being can be life changing....

:Confidential and ethical practice
:10 years counselling experience
:Weekly one to one sessions which last for 50 minutes
I offer short term and long term counselling for adults
My first session
