About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced psychodynamic therapist and I have worked in mental health services sector for over 10 years focusing in the treatment of adults with mental health issues including domestic violence, physical abuse, childhood sexual abuse and trauma.

Working with clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds has enabled me to understand and empathise with the cultural context of each individual’s unique situation.

By giving my clients a safe environment to openly talk I help them find long term solutions to their problems, empowering them to make better choices, find meaning and improve their lives.

I am a Registered member of BACP and have a Diploma in Psychodynamic Therapy and Counselling.

I work with clients in both English and Polish in face- to- face setting as well as online and via telephone.
