About me and my therapy practice
I offer in-depth healing and transformation using a blend of psychotherapy, inner child healing and somatic based therapy. I work specifically with trauma where traditional talk therapy hasn't been effective. I offer therapy that works on a mental, emotional and body level which is a holistic perspective taking into account all aspects of you as a whole person.
I currently offer short term therapy specifically related to healing and regulating your nervous system. Chronic nervous system dysregulation is a major contributing factor to ongoing states of anxiety and depression.

What I offer
I offer a combination of talk therapy and body based somatic therapy for effective emotional healing. This approach allows you to develop a greater understanding of your emotional responses, patterns, and triggers. I also integrate mindfulness and embodiment practices to calm your nervous system and bring you back into balance and connection with yourself.
How I work
I offer a safe and confidential space to explore and resolve past experiences or current situations so you can be free of struggle and step into your authentic self. I work online, each session is an hour.
The first step is to set up a call to talk through what you're needing from therapy and to see if we're a good fit to work together. Send a message to get started or reach out if you have any questions.

My first session
The first session is an assessment to understand what you're needing from therapy. We'll explore some of your past, your family situation and current circumstances to understand what you'd like to focus on in the sessions. The assessment takes around an hour on Zoom.
I offer a free initial telephone consultation to talk through what you're looking for from therapy and to see if we're a good fit to work together.

Practice description

You'll get the most out of working with me if you're already on a journey of personal development or have had therapy before and want to move through your emotional blocks at a deeper level.
I work on a short term basis online. I offer one to one work as well as group therapy and workshops. My specialism is on working with all types of anxiety disorders, trauma and relationship difficulties. I also have an interest in working with those on a spiritual path who want to deepen their self awareness and use mindfulness practices to bring presence into their daily lives.
My first session
In the first session we'll clarify what you need help with and create a plan of what we'll work on in the sessions. We'll talk through the different aspects of your life and identify the problem areas and what tends to trigger feelings of anxiety or low mood. We'll then create a treatment plan and discuss the length of your therapy. There is also the opportunity to ask questions and check that we feel comfortable working together.
The first session is your opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and I'll explain a bit about how I work. It takes around an hour on zoom, we can then book further sessions from there.
