If you are searching for a safe space to be with what is around for you right now, I can help you. You may be facing a difficult decision. You may be struggling with a relationship with someone in your life. There might be a lot of pressure around. You may be feeling that you have lost a sense of who you are. Life might have lost a little direction. You may be facing an enforced or welcome change or transition in your life. Maybe you are looking for a little support with someone you can trust. Something might need healing. You are strong and capable and also there is a part needing some compassion and care.

I help by giving you my complete attention in a confidential space. You can say whatever you need to say and feel what you need to feel, in your own time. I integrate both mind and body approaches to healing past and present hurts. I incorporate elements of coaching if appropriate, for when you are ready to move forward and can suggest further resources.

It is a privilege to co-create with you a new chapter of your life story and to see it emerge into the sunshine where it belongs. Thank you for finding me and I look forward to creatively meet you where you are and support the changes you want to make in your life, work and environment.

I provide face to face or online therapy or by telephone. I use Zoom or Facetime or other secure application. I am not offering text or email options.

I provide Clinical Supervision for those working in the Social Care sector, Coaching, Social Work and Nursing, utilising an integrated framework including Acceptance & Commitment Approaches, Focusing, Mindfulness and Systems approaches.

I provide Clinical Supervision face to face, online via Zoom, or telephone. 

Prior to our first session I will provide a 30 minute free phone call for you to ask questions and to decide if I am a good fit for your practice supervision.

The first session will be £40.00 and subsequent sessions, £60.00 an hour.

I provide individual sessions of Focusing approaches to a number of life issues you may find this approach helpful.

Training in this approach is a gentle way of connecting with our inner "felt sense" which is a holistic approach to our whole body and mind experience and the larger systems and environment we inhabit.

Focusing is a skill anyone can learn to help our creativity in living and to energise our engagement with life.

The Focusing modality I utilise is called Inner Relationship Focusing, developed by Ann Weiser Cornell - here is a link to her website https://focusingresources.com/

Focusing may be learned via the telephone and online via Zoom and Facetime. It is the development of embodied presence and this can be experienced effectively via these connections.

However I prefer to work face to face with individuals or small groups of 4 people to practice embodied presence and to provide a supportive group for ongoing practice.
