About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor. I work with children, young people and adults in my calm, comfortable, discrete consulting room in the west of the Island.

In this safe, confidential therapeutic space you can talk freely about your situation and take time to reflect on your thoughts, feelings and relationships. Together we can also curiously explore the unconscious feelings and assumptions you are making which actually shape the way you feel about yourself and others. Developing this deep level of conscious awareness allows you to make changes in the way you live your life today.

I have many years of experience as a therapist in a Secondary School, Bereavement Service, Sexual Health Clinic, Rehabilitation Centre and the Clinic at WPF Therapy, London.

I am a registered Psychotherapist with the States of Jersey Care Commission.
