About me and my therapy practice
Some people through no fault of their own have been through experiences that have affected their self-worth, where life can sometimes feel like a struggle, and feel not good enough regardless of how hard they try. I believe no-one should have to feel like that. I believe every individual has the right to feel great about themselves, to be happy and live a fulfilled life. I was helped when I needed it and I feel privileged to be able to do the same for others. I have an integrative approach where I tailor the counselling to suit the individual. I believe in being real and ensuring the client feels safe in a non-judgemental, confidential and caring way. To give that person the safe space to offload, make sense of their emotions and come up with their own solutions to live the life they want.
