About me and my therapy practice
I aim to provide you a safe, non judgmental and confidential space to explore whatever it is you are struggling with at your own pace. I believe that through exploration of your life experiences, it is possible to make changes when sometimes it can feel as though there is no hope. It takes a great deal of courage to seek out help and I believe that times of despair or crisis also provide significant opportunity for growth. So be it anxiety, depression or any other issue you would like to share, please send me an email or call and we can discuss arranging an initial appointment. We can then discuss how you would like to go forward. I offer work with individuals and couples. I am registered with and accredited by the BACP and have over 10 years experience in various different roles within residential, community and NHS mental health services. This work has made me experienced in working with many different issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement. I am also accredited with the Foundation for Infant Loss.
Qualifications: MSc Therapeutic Counselling (2015)
